Athantic AI LLC (“Athantic,” “we”) operates athantic.com. This policy describes what we collect through this website and how we use it. This site is an informational and contact surface — it is not a product environment and is not intended to receive sensitive personal information.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect the information you provide — name, work email, organization, phone, role, country and state or region, website, industry, and your message. For security and abuse prevention we also record technical metadata with each submission, including your IP address and browser user-agent string.
How we use it
We use submissions to respond to your inquiry, route it to the right people, and maintain the security of the service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use contact-form submissions for advertising.
SMS communications
Your mobile phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the alerts described below and is not disclosed to any third party for marketing or lead-generation purposes.
Athantic operates one SMS program: HealthPulse infrastructure alerts, sent to Athantic’s own internal system administrator when a monitored signal on Athantic’s production infrastructure crosses an alarm threshold. We do not send SMS to customers, visitors, or any third party, and we never send marketing messages by SMS.
Message frequency varies with system events and is typically 0–5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. SMS delivery is facilitated by Twilio, our telecommunications service provider, under contractual data protection obligations. Service providers
Submission notifications are delivered via Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES). The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam and abuse prevention; Turnstile may process technical signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots. Our use of Turnstile is subject to the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and meet our legal obligations. To ask about, correct, or delete information you submitted, email info@athantic.com from the address you used.
