Terms of use
Last updated August 7, 2026
By accessing athantic.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Informational site
Content here describes Athantic’s work and capabilities. It is provided for general information only and does not constitute an offer, professional advice, or a commitment to provide any product or service. Engagements are governed exclusively by separately executed agreements.
Intellectual property
The Athantic name, mark, site design, imagery, and content are the property of Athantic AI LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them except as permitted in writing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or circumvent its security controls, submit unlawful or abusive content, or use automated means to flood its forms.
SMS communications
Where an authorized Athantic administrator registers a mobile number for HealthPulse infrastructure alerts, that administrator consents to receive automated transactional SMS about the health of Athantic’s production systems. Message frequency varies with system activity and is typically 0–5 messages per month; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing messages by SMS. Your mobile phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for any purpose. Consent to SMS is optional and is never a condition of accessing or using any Athantic product or service. Delivery is facilitated by Twilio. Opting out stops alert delivery to that number — reassign coverage before doing so. Full program details: SMS terms and consent.
No warranties; limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athantic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
